Cod fish and peach ceviche Recipe
Ingredients ( 4 pers)
- Cod fish ( around 600g)
- 1 peach ( ripe)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- juice of 1 lime juice
- olive oil, mint, salt and pepper
Cut the fish in thin slices, try to make them a thin as you can but thick enough so that the slices hold and don't fall apart. Dispose the slices on a flat plate. Dice the peach and sprinkle the pieces on the fish, Add the onions.
Season with some olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Finally chop the mint and sprinkle your plate with it.
