TempleSpa Be Gone Cleanser Review

TempleSpa Be Gone Cleanser Review

I never win anything. I'm just not one of those people. So imagine my surprise when my friend entered me into a Facebook giveaway to win a free TempleSpa product and my name got pulled out of the cyber hat?!

Could not believe it.

It arrived a few days later in a box (so exciting!) and out came a large fat tub of delicious looking cream called Be Gone, Kind Hearted Cleansing Creme. (That's not how we spell cream people!)

The cream itself has no scent or colour which helps to lower any risk of irritating skin.

When I first put it on, I was surprised to feel my face growing a little bit warm under it. The cream also magically seems to disappear on your face but don't be fooled you MUST wash it off. It isn't a mask. You can leave it up to 2 minutes though to do it's magic elasticity work.

So TempleSpa have their own special formula which has a special elastic property in it that 'springs' (yes SPRINGS) the dirt up from your pores to really leave your skin feeling clean. I guess that's what the warm feeling I get when I use it is. You can clean your face in two easy steps!

Step 1

Just take a little bit of the cream and massage it all over your face.

Step 2

Then wait a while because it feels really nice and then, super easy, wash it off with warm water.

If you want to you can also put it on before you shower and then wash it off in the shower! Fab!

Now, I have to say, I am a big, big fan of the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish so I wanted to compare these two products.

My conclusions - they are different. Both feel great and both cleanse really well.

Liz Earle leaves your face 'feeling' fresher and more tingly after you use it but I really like the heat that the Be Gone gives my face while using it, making me believe it's really do something. I saw an immediate brightness and glow to my skin after using the Be Gone which even Kevin noticed!

The Liz Earle is a bit cheaper at £14 whereas the Be Gone is £19 but I have heard it's good to alternate cleansers so if I had the spare cash I would probably go for both and change every now and then. One thing I do prefer about Be Gone is that you can just wash it off. I feel a bit of pressure with the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish to always use the muslin cloth and after a while the novelty of that begins to wear off, especially when you're tired or the muslin cloth is being washed or you don't know where it is...

TempleSpa also have spas based around the UK so go check one out I am told they are lush and I can't wait to try one out. Really need a massage!
