I agree that if you have never heard of a rice milkshake before it may sounds kind of weird. Why would your pour rice in your milk when you can pour ice cream? Well first because summer is around the corner and you really want to fit in these bikinis and secondly because it is absolutely delicious!

 Rice milkshake - Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, cooked and chilled
  • 1 cup  milk
  • 3 teaspoon of sugar
  • cocoa (optional)
  • shredded coconut (optional)
 
In a blender, mix the rice and the milk until smooth. Add more  milk or rice until you get the reach desired consistency.
Serve in a glass with some ice. Sprinkle your drink with some cocoa and shredded coconut and enjoy! 
You can add some seasonal fruits, let your imagination do the rest!
