½ liter of milk
½ vanilla pod
100 gr. sugar
100 gr. white chocolate
1. Boil the milk with the vanilla, strain and add to the chocolate, stir until melted.
2. Apart mix the eggs with sugar, add the milk and white chocolate.
3. Hand out candy on individual pudding molds, fill with the mixture and bake in a water bath at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
4. Cool and unmold.
