This is my writing station. It’s simple, functional, and has a beautiful view. For the past few months, I’ve been writing every day and I’ve figured out a few things about what helps with inspiration and what doesn’t. For instance, clutter does not help with inspiration. Here’s what I’ve found that works:
I'm a barre fitness instructor at a studio called Karve in Gilbert, Arizona. It's a combination of ballet, yoga and Pilates and is one killer, amazing workout. It's the only exercise regimen that I've ever seen results from consistently doing. I love instructing because I get to meet new people and get to help them achieve their fitness goals while they motivate me to keep mine.
